The location is fantastic, right in front of the bus stop to the KIT. It's also conveniently located next to the tramstop, which makes getting around a breeze. the room was newly refurbished and very comfortable, with a well-done bathroom and an excellent shower. the service was outstanding, with the manager going above and beyond to accommodate my late arrival. the breakfast was satisfactory and the view from the room was delightful.

One slight downside was the presence of smoke smell in the non-smoking room, likely due to previous guests not following the rules.
